研究目的：

观察受试者插管前后血流动力学变化和术后患者气道并发症的情况，以评价可调节管芯引导插管的临床应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

The hemodynamic changes of subjects before and after intubation and the postoperative airway complications of patients were observed to evaluate the clinical application value of adjustable core-guided intubation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 喉镜下会厌不能暴露（Cormack-Lehane４级）的患者； 2. 研究过程中发生严重的不良事件导致无法入组者或造成意外事件者； 3. 糖尿病或高血压； 4. 存在困难气道或被判定为气管插管困难：上呼吸道解剖异常，张口度＜3cm ，既往有明确困难气道插管史的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients whose laryngoscopic epiglottis cannot be exposed (Cormack-Lehane grade 4); 2. Patients with serious adverse events during the study that prevented enrollment or caused an unexpected event; 3. Diabetes mellitus or hypertension; 4. Patients with a difficult airway or judged to have a difficult tracheal intubation: abnormal upper airway anatomy, open mouth <3 cm , and a clear history of previous difficult airway intubation.
