研究目的：

1.主要目的 探究基于数字化医疗的肺康复运动训练对肺癌术后患者心肺功能恢复的作用。 2.次要目的 （1）评估基于数字化医疗的肺癌术后康复运动训练患者的生活质量、疲劳指数、心理状态、肌力和不良事件。 （2）为肺癌胸腔镜术后患者建立康复基线数据库,探索运动干预模式。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main purpose: To explore the effect of digital medicine-based postoperative cardiopulmonary rehabilitation on the recovery of cardiopulmonary function in patients with lung cancer. 2. Secondary purpose: (1) To evaluate the quality of life, fatigue index, mental state, muscle strength and adverse events of patients undergoing postoperative rehabilitation exercise training for lung cancer surgery based on digital medicine. (2) Establish a baseline rehabilitation database for patients with lung cancer after thoracoscopic surgery, and explore the mode of exercise intervention.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.认知功能障碍或心理疾病导致不能理解研究内容的患者； 2.已经在过去3个月进行有组织的有氧训练的患者； 3.严重骨科、心血管、心肺疾病、不能定期运动患者。 1) 合并未控制的高血压（静息血压>180/110mmHg）、高血糖/低血糖（反复出现血糖>15.6mmol/L或<3.8mmol/L）； 2) 合并其他心血管疾病：心律失常（频发室性早搏、室性心动过速、II度II型及III度房室传导阻滞、未控制的房性心动过速、心脏附壁血栓形成、室壁瘤、心脏乳头肌功能失调或断裂、严重的窦性心动过缓及窦性停搏等）、心力衰竭、中重度狭窄性心脏瓣膜病、肥厚性心肌病或其他形式的流出道狭窄、急性心肌炎、心包炎、活动性心内膜炎、怀疑或已知动脉瘤破裂、急性肺栓塞或肺梗死、心脏停搏史等； 3) 合并有症状的或已经诊断的肺部疾病（如慢性阻塞性肺病等）； 4) 合并急性非心源性疾病，如感染、发热、肾功能衰竭、甲状腺功能亢进等； 5) 合并抑郁、焦虑等心理障碍； 6) 合并其他运动可能加重的神经、肌肉、骨骼、风湿性疾病等； 7) 合并未纠正的生理异常状态，如中重度贫血、严重电解质紊乱（如低钾血症、高钾血症、低镁血症等）； 4.无法签署知情同意书的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with cognitive dysfunction or mental illness who cannot understand the research content; 2. Patients who have performed organized aerobic training in the past 3 months; 3. Patients with serious orthopedic, cardiovascular and cardiopulmonary diseases who cannot exercise regularly; 1) Combination of uncontrolled hypertension (resting blood pressure >180/110 mmHg), hyperglycemia/hypoglycemia (recurrent blood glucose >15.6 mmol/L or <3.8 mmol/L); 2) Combination of other cardiovascular diseases: cardiac arrhythmias (frequent premature ventricular beats, ventricular tachycardia, type II and III atrioventricular block, uncontrolled atrioventricular tachycardia, cardiac appendage thrombosis, ventricular wall tumors, dysfunction or rupture of papillary muscles of the heart, severe sinus bradycardia and sinus arrest, etc.), heart failure, moderately or severely stenotic heart valve disease, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy or other forms of outflow tract stenosis, acute cardiovascular diseases, heart disease (e.g., cardiovascular disease), cardiovascular diseases (e.g., cardioembolic diseases). forms of outflow tract stenosis, acute myocarditis, pericarditis, active endocarditis, suspected or known ruptured aneurysm, acute pulmonary embolism or pulmonary infarction, and history of cardiac arrest; 3) Comorbid symptomatic or diagnosed lung disease (e.g., chronic obstructive pulmonary disease); 4) Comorbid acute non-cardiac illnesses such as infection, fever, renal failure, hyperthyroidism, etc; 5) Comorbid psychological disorders such as depression and anxiety; 6) other neurological, musculoskeletal, skeletal, or rheumatic disorders that may be aggravated by exercise; 7) uncorrected physiological abnormalities such as moderate-to-severe anemia, severe electrolyte disorders (e.g., hypokalemia, hyperkalemia, hypomagnesemia, etc.); 4. Patients unable to sign informed consent.
