通过光学相干断层显像观察常规剂量和强化剂量阿托伐他汀对急性冠脉综合征患者冠状动脉易损斑块纤维帽的影响

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effects of routine dose and intensive dose of atorvastatin on the fibrous cap of vulnerable coronary plaques in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) by optical coherence tomography (OCT)

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重肝肾功能不全；2.严重的全身系统疾病；3.同时服用其他他汀类药物或降脂药物

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency;
2. Severe systemic disease;
3. Taking other statins or lipid-lowering drugs.
