研究目的：

探索计算机辅助训练对帕金森病轻度认知障碍患者认知功能的影响，科学的评价计算机辅助训练对帕金森病轻度认知障碍患者的临床价值，为改善帕金森病轻度认知障碍患者的认知功能和生活质量提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of computer-assisted training on cognitive function in patients with PD-MCI, and to scientifically evaluate the clinical value of computer-assisted training on patients with PD-MCI, so as to provide scientific basis for improving cognitive function and quality of life in patients with PD-MCI.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.各种继发性帕金森综合征(包括外伤性、中毒性、药源性、肿瘤性、血管性及脑积水等)及帕金森叠加综合征； 2.痴呆患者； 3.合并脑卒中、颅脑手术及头颅外伤等神经疾病； 4.因完全性失语、听觉及视觉受损者； 5.既往服用过盐酸苯海索等影响认知功能的药物； 6.有严重 心脏、肺脏、肾脏、肝脏、内分泌系统和血液系统等可导致认知障碍的疾病； 7.严重抑郁、焦虑和精神分裂症； 8.不依从既定方案进行训练或治疗过程中不愿意继续接受训练者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Various secondary parkinsonism syndromes (including traumatic, toxic, drug-induced, neoplastic, vascular and hydrocephalus, etc.) and Parkinsonism syndrome; 2. Dementia patients; 3. Combined with stroke, craniocerebral surgery and head trauma and other neurological diseases; 4. Patients with total aphasia, hearing and vision impairment; 5. Have taken benhyxol hydrochloride and other drugs that affect cognitive function; 6. There are serious heart, lung, kidney, liver, endocrine system and blood system can lead to cognitive disorders; 7. Severe depression, anxiety and schizophrenia; 8. Not in accordance with the established training or treatment process is not willing to continue to receive training.
