研究目的：

1.主要目的：探索经颅交流电刺激调控左侧颞上沟后部治疗患者的临床疗效。 2.次要目的：探索抑郁障碍患者负性情绪脱离过程和反刍思维形成的机制及其与抑郁症状的关系。

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of transcranial alternating current stimulation in the treatment of patients with left posterior superior temporal sulcus. 2. Secondary objective: To explore the mechanism of negative emotional disengagement and rumination in patients with depressive disorder and its relationship with depressive symptoms.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

1. All patients with depressive Disorders are required to meet the Diagnostic criteria for depressive disorders-depressive episode in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth edition (DSM-V) issued by the American Psychiatric Association. In other words, they have to show at least five of the following nine symptoms for two weeks:
(1) Persistent depression for more than two weeks; 
(2) Loss of interest/pleasure in all activities; 
(3) Significant weight loss or weight gain without dieting (e.g. weight change of more than 5% of original body weight within a month) or loss of appetite or weight gain almost daily;
(4) Insomnia or excessive sleep almost every day; 
(5) Psychomotor agitation or retardation; 
(6) Fatigue or lack of energy almost every day; 
(7) Feeling worthless, or excessive or inappropriate feeling of guilt, self-blame, or self-delusion; 
(8) Decreased ability to think or concentrate or hesitate;
(9) Recurrent thoughts of death, recurrent suicidal ideation without specific plans, or suicide attempts, or suicidal behavior. The first and second terms are the conditions that must be satisfied. 
2. Aged 18 and 65 years; 
3. Non-comorbidity of other mental diseases; 
4. Right-handed; 
5. Patients who did not receive medication 4 weeks before enrollment, or took antidepressant drugs stably for more than 4 weeks; 
6. 24 items of Hamilton Depression Scale score >= 20 points; 
7. The audiovisual level is sufficient to complete the examination required for the study; 
8. Informed consent signed by patients or family members.

排除标准：

1.入组前6个月内有药物或酒精滥用或依赖者；
2.入组前6个月内曾患其他精神疾病；
3.患有严重或不稳定的器质性疾病者；
4.汉密尔顿抑郁量表24项中条目3(自杀项)评分≥3分者；
5.汉密尔顿抑焦虑表14项评分大于汉密尔顿抑郁量表24项评分；
6.有人工耳蜗植入、心脏起搏器及任何脑内设备植入病史；既往有脑部手术史或癫痫病史；
7.妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
8.电极放置部位皮肤完整性受损或对电极凝胶或胶粘剂过敏；
9.入组前1个月内参加过其他任何临床试验者；
10.研究者认为存在不合适参加本研究的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Drug or alcohol abuse or dependence within 6 months before enrollment;
2. Had suffered from other mental diseases within 6 months before enrollment;
3. Severe or unstable organic diseases;
4. Scores of item 3(suicide item) in 24 items of Hamilton Depression Scale >= 3;
5. Hamilton Depression Scale score of 14 items was higher than Hamilton Depression scale score of 24 items;
6. A history of cochlear implantation, pacemaker implantation, or implantation of any brain device; A history of previous brain surgery or epilepsy;
7. Pregnant or lactating women;
8. The skin integrity of the electrode placement site is damaged or allergic to electrode gel or adhesive;
9. Participated in any other clinical trial within 1 month before enrollment;
10. The researcher considers that it is not appropriate to participate in this study.
