探究基于人工智能和影像组学技术构建的冠状动脉重度钙化风险预测的多模态模型的准确性  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the accuracy of a multimodal model for predicting the risk of severe coronary artery calcification based on artificial intelligence and radiomics.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)冠状动脉钙化积分 < 400；(2)有冠状动脉血运重建史或心肌梗死史；(3)冠状动脉完全闭塞；(4) 急性冠状动脉综合征和（或）血流动力学不稳定者；(5)严重心功能不全（左室射血分数＜30%）；(6)严重瓣膜病（各瓣膜中度以上反流和/或狭窄）；肥厚型心肌病、扩张型心肌病、酒精性心肌病、心肌淀粉样变等非冠状动脉病变原因导致的各种心肌病；(7)严重心律失常（持续性心房颤动或心房扑动、II度2型及以上房室传导阻滞、完全性左束支传导阻滞）；(8)严重肝功能不全（谷丙转氨酶和/或谷草转氨酶 > 正常值上限的3倍）、严重肾功能不全（肌酐 > 134μmol/L或估算的肾小球滤过率 < 60ml/min/1.73m2）；(9)严重慢性阻塞性肺疾病或哮喘；(10)严重非心血管疾病（恶性肿瘤、甲状腺疾病、感染、结缔组织病）；(11)对本研究相关药物成分过敏者；(12)妊娠或哺乳期妇女；(13)智力低下或精神障碍性疾病；(14)拒绝签署知情同意书；(15)失访。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Coronary artery calcification score < 400; (2) History of coronary revascularization or myocardial infarction; (3) Complete coronary artery occlusion; (4) Patients with acute coronary syndrome and/or hemodynamic instability; (5) severe cardiac insufficiency (left ventricular ejection fraction < 30%); (6) Severe valvular disease (more than moderate regurgitation and/or stenosis of each valve); Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, dilated cardiomyopathy, alcoholic cardiomyopathy, myocardial amyloidosis and other cardiomyopathy caused by non-coronary artery disease; (7) Severe arrhythmias (persistent atrial fibrillation or atrial flutter, grade II type 2 or above atrioventricular block, complete left bundle branch block); (8) severe liver insufficiency (alanine transaminase and/or aspartate transaminase > 3 times the upper limit of normal), severe renal insufficiency (creatinine > 134μmol/L or estimated glomerular filtration rate < 60ml/min/1.73m^2); (9) severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or asthma; (10) serious non-cardiovascular diseases (malignancies, thyroid diseases, infections, connective tissue diseases); (11) Those who are allergic to the related drug ingredients of this study; (12) Pregnant or lactating women; (13) mental retardation or mental disorders; (14) refuse to sign informed consent; (15) Loss of follow-up.
