研究目的：

通过观察小腿三头肌离心运动后不同干预手段对延迟性肌肉酸痛的影响，探讨与冷水浸泡、自然恢复等方法相比，筋膜加压带对延迟性肌肉酸痛是否具有缓解作用，以期为延迟性肌肉酸痛的缓解提供一种有效且便捷实用的方法。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to explore the effect of different interventions on delayed onset muscle soreness after eccentric exercise of calf triceps, to explore whether the tissue flossing has a relieving effect on delayed onset muscle soreness compared with cold water immersion and natural recovery.The study could provide an effective and convenient method for the relief of delayed muscle soreness.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 有家族遗传病史、心脏病史、严重手术史、呼吸系统疾病或其他内科疾病；
2. 病史中有急性或过度使用性下肢损伤或肌肉损伤；
3. 研究前3个月内下肢肌肉酸痛的任何症状。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Had a family history of genetic disease, heart disease, serious surgery, respiratory disease or other medical diseases;
2. Acute or overuse lower limb injury or muscle injury in the medical history;
3. Any symptoms of lower limb muscle soreness in the first 3 months of the study.
