观察健脑益智方结合以tDCS为中心的认知康复防治认知障碍的疗效，探讨中西医结合防治认知障碍的优化方案

Objectives of Study：

To observe Jiannao Yizhi Formula combine transcranial direct current stimulation centered the curative effect of cognitive rehabilitation prevention and treatment of cognitive impairment, the optimized plan for the prevention and control of traditional Chinese and western medicine combined with cognitive impairment

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有其他脑部器质性疾病、抑郁症及精神病；
2.恶性肿瘤、药物过敏史、造血凝血功能障碍或合并严重的心肺功能障碍患者；
3.有其他因素引起的认知障碍或痴呆，如脑外伤、帕金森病等；
4.不能配合检查的患者（如中医四诊仪、经络检测仪及神经电生理评估等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other organic brain diseases, depression, and mental illness;
2. Patients with malignant tumors, a history of drug allergy, hematopoietic coagulation dysfunction, or severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction;
3. Cognitive impairment or dementia caused by other factors, such as brain injury, Parkinson's disease, etc;
4. Patients who cannot cooperate with the examination (such as traditional Chinese medicine four diagnostic instruments, meridian detectors, and neuroelectrophysiological assessments).

采用随机数字表法进行中央随机化分组，按产生的随机数字装进密不透光的信封里，将满足条件的受试者按 1:1:1的比例随机分配到试验组A、对照组B和对照组C中。
