研究目的：

固定矫治患者的龋病管理，降低正畸后龋病发生率，维护口腔健康。 1．优化正畸患者龋风险评估和临床管理流程，标准化正畸期间口腔科普知识宣教材料，开发方便临床使用的小程序或软件。 2．本研究为多中心临床对照研究，分别在首都医科大学附属北京口腔医院、天坛医院口腔科、朝阳医院口腔科开展相同规模、相同设计的临床对照研究。评价该综合管理模式的临床防龋效果。将正畸患者龋病综合管理模式从口腔专科医院推广到综合医院口腔科。  

Objectives of Study：

Caries management of fixed orthodontic patients can reduce the incidence of caries after orthodontic treatment and maintain oral health. 1. Optimize the caries risk assessment and clinical management process of orthodontic patients, standardize the oral science education materials during orthodontic period, and develop small programs or software convenient for clinical use. 2. This study is a multi center clinical controlled study, which was conducted in Beijing Dental Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University, Dental Department of Tiantan Hospital, and Dental Department of Chaoyang Hospital with the same scale and design. The study aims to evaluate the clinical caries prevention effect of this comprehensive management model and promote the comprehensive management model of orthodontic patients' caries from the stomatological specialized hospital to the stomatological department of the general hospital.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 有严重的牙齿发育异常，釉质发育不全等；
2. 有全身代谢性、免疫性、传染性疾病；
3. 不能按照研究要求，不能配合按时完成访视和问卷调查的患者；
4. 孕妇或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Serious tooth dysplasia, enamel hypoplasia, etc;
2. Have systemic metabolic, immune and infectious diseases;
3. Patients who cannot complete the visit and questionnaire on time according to the research requirements;
4. Pregnant or lactating women.

区组随机。本研究中心按照职称、学历、工作热情和经验等选择4名水平相当的正畸医生方东煜、马雁崧、李钒、郭睿参与研究，随机分为两组，方东煜和郭睿接诊的患者全部纳入干预组（整群随机），李钒和马雁崧接诊的患者全部为对照组（整群随机）。
