研究目的：

本研究从PPH或TST＋分段外痔切除联合外剥内扎术治疗重度环状混合痔的研究现状、发展趋势、经济学价值和临床效果基础上，通过比较近年来文献报道的具有临床代表性的传统和微创混合痔治疗方法，和临床实际工作中手术病例进行临床治疗效果和经济学分析和总结，展望重度环状混合痔的手术发展趋势，找到一治疗重度环状混合痔的新的有效且简便经济的方法，保护齿状线，进而推广应用，以期取得良好的经济效益和社会效益。  

Objectives of Study：

This study from PPH or TST + segmented external hemorrhoid excision combined with outer peel internal plunge in treatment of severe circumferential mixed hemorrhoid research present situation, development trend, economic value and the clinical effect, on the basis of comparing the literature in recent years with clinical representative of traditional and minimally invasive mixed hemorrhoid treatment method, and clinical practice operation cases for clinical treatment effect and economic analysis and summary, development tendency of severe circumferential mixed hemorrhoid surgery, find a new and effective treatment of severe circumferential mixed hemorrhoid and simple and economic method, protect the dentate line, and popularization and application, in order to achieve good economic and social benefits.
