研究目的：

验证分析针刺联合局部麻醉下行肛周脓肿镇痛效果、镇静效果，收集患者麻醉满意度评分，研究对联合麻醉方式脓肿手术患者的炎症反应的影响，同时观察术后疼痛、不良反应发生情况。总结相关经验，形成完备的针药复合麻醉下行肛周脓肿切开引流术的治疗方案，提升手术患者的满意度，同时为针药复合麻醉结合其他肛肠手术提供参考。

Objectives of Study：

To verified and analysis the analgesic and sedative effects of acupuncture combined with local anesthesia for perianal abscess, and the anesthesia satisfaction scores of patients were collected. Exploring the influence on inflammatory reaction of patients undergoing abscess surgery under combined anesthesia, and the occurrence of postoperative pain and adverse reactions were observed. To summarize relevant experience, form a complete treatment plan of incision and drainage of perianal abscess under acupuncture and drug combined anesthesia, improve the satisfaction of surgical patients, and provide reference for acupuncture and drug combined anesthesia combined with other anorectal surgeries.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并有严重造血系统疾病、免疫系统疾病者；
2.长期酗酒、精神疾病史及意识障碍者；
3.三个月内服用阿片类药物治疗的患者；
4.有针刺麻醉禁忌症：如金属过敏者、晕针患者或局部皮肤感染、破溃不适合针刺者；
5.入组前一个月内参加过或正在参加其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe hematopoietic system diseases or immune system diseases.
2. Long-term history of alcoholism, mental illness and consciousness disorders.
3. Patients treated with opioids within three months.
4. There are contraindications of acupuncture anesthesia: such as metal allergy, needle sickness, or local skin infection and ulceration are not suitable for acupuncture.
5. Participants who participated in or are participating in other clinical trials within one month before enrollment.
