探讨在瑞马唑仑或异丙酚介导的不插管静脉全麻中上呼吸道梗阻这一因素在呼吸抑制中的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the role of upper respiratory tract obstruction in respiratory depression induced by remazolam or propofol during unintubated intravenous anesthesia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

孕妇、对研究药物过敏史患者、术前使用镇静或镇痛药物者、围术期出现认知功能障碍的患者，术前合并有严重系统疾病的患者、困难气道患者，颌面部外伤或手术史者、严重贫血或外周血管严重病变的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnant women, patients with allergic history to study drugs, patients with preoperative sedative or analgesic use, patients with perioperative cognitive dysfunction, patients with preoperative severe systemic diseases, patients with difficult airway, patients with maxillofacial trauma or surgery history, patients with severe anemia or peripheral vascular disease.

盲法：

本研究采用随机化数字表格对患者进行分组，仅医生A知晓分组情况。医生A负责按照患者体重配制主要研究药物（异丙酚或瑞马唑仑），使用20ml注射器抽取后用锡箔纸包裹，注射器推杆上贴有毫升数刻度。医生A根据随机化分组表将患者分组，并将相应药物交于麻醉医生B；医生B负责麻醉过程的给药和管理；医生C熟悉并负责术中B超、BIS、微旁流呼吸末CO2监护仪等监护设备的使用；统计者D负责数据记录和后期统计分析。

Blinding：

In this study, randomized numerical tables were used to group patients, and only Doctor A was aware of the grouping. Dr A was responsible for preparing the main study drug (propofol or Remazolam) according to the patient's body weight, which was extracted with a 20ml syringe and wrapped in tin foil with a ml scale on the syringe pushrod. Doctor A grouped patients according to the randomized grouping table and delivered the corresponding drug to anesthesiologist B; Doctor B is responsible for administering and managing the anesthesia process; Doctor C was familiar with and responsible for the use of intraoperative B-ultrasound, BIS, micro-bypass end-respiratory CO2 monitor and other monitoring equipment; Statistician D is responsible for data recording and later statistical analysis.
