研究目的：

评价在真实环境中恩度（重组人血管内皮抑制素注射液）持续静脉泵注给药血管正常化窗口期联合化疗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the efficacy and safety of recombinant human endostatin durative intravenous transfusion combined with chemotheapy in treatment of advanced malignant tumors in the real-world

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 对靶病灶进行过局部治疗（包括局部放疗、介入、超声刀等）的患者；2. 妊娠、哺乳期妇女，或有生育能力但未采取避孕措施的女性患者；3. 现有严重的急性感染，并且没有被控制的；或有化脓性和慢性感染，伤口迁延不愈者；4. 原有严重心脏病者，包括：充血性心力衰竭、不能控制的高危性心律失常、不稳定性心绞痛、心肌梗塞、重度心瓣膜疾病以及顽固性高血压；5. 具有出血倾向者；6. 合并精神病、艾滋病者；7. 既往对生物制剂，特别是大肠杆菌基因工程产品严重过敏反应者；8. 近3个月参加过其他药物临床试验者；9. 研究者认为不宜参加本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. local treatment have been carried out to target lesions (including local radiotherapy, intervention, ultrasound scalpel, etc.);
2. pregnancy, breast-feeding women, or female patients of childbearing potential but did not take contraceptive measures;
3. existing severe acute infection and is not controlled; or purulent and chronic infection, delayed healing wounds;
4. the original severe heart disease, including congestive heart failure, uncontrolled high-risk arrhythmias, unstable angina, myocardial infarction, severe heart valve disease and resistant hypertension;
5. have bleeding tendencies;
6. with mental illness or aids;
7. previous to biological agents, particularly E.coli genetically engineered products with serious allergic reactions;
8. received other drugs in clinical trials within 3 months;
9. other researchers believe that patients should not participate in the present trial.
