研究目的：

探索 HAIC 联合仑伐替尼及替雷利珠单抗方案在不可切除的中晚期肝癌治疗的疗效和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the efficacy and safety of hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy combined with Lenvatinib and Tislelizumab for unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)既往经组织学/细胞学确诊的含纤维板层肝细胞癌、肉瘤样肝细胞癌、胆管癌等成分。 (2)有明显动/静脉瘘者。 (3)妊娠或哺乳期妇女。 (4)近期感染需抗生素治疗者。 (5)有介入治疗的禁忌，如严重肝硬化，中等量以上腹水，肝功能 Child C 级。 (6)心、脑、肺等重要器官严重的功能障碍。 (7)无法控制的高血压，消化道出血或凝血功能障碍等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Fibrolamellar hepatocellular carcinoma, sarcomatoid hepatocellular carcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma and other components confirmed by histology/cytology;
2. Patients with obvious arteriovenous fistula;
3. Pregnant or lactating women;
4. Recent infections requiring antibiotic treatment;
5. There are contraindications for interventional therapy, such as severe cirrhosis, moderate or above ascites, and Child C liver function;
6. Serious dysfunction of vital organs such as the heart, brain, and lungs;
7. Uncontrolled hypertension, gastrointestinal bleeding or coagulation dysfunction, etc.
