1.探讨基于Nintendo的运动游戏对StD大学生抑郁症状的干预效果； 2.通过研究StD大学生对基于Nintendo的运动游戏干预的主观体验研究，了解StD大学生对运动游戏的感受和需求，进而丰富理论研究。

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the intervention effect of Nintendo-based sports games on depressive symptoms of StD college students; 2. By studying the subjective experience of StD college students on the intervention of sports games based on Nintendo, to understand the feelings and needs of StD college students on sports games, so as to enrich the theoretical research.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 智力残疾和身体限制(严重的行动、视觉或听力问题，哮喘、心脏病等疾病史)； 2. 使用过任天堂中的健身环大冒险系列运动游戏； 3. 其他类型精神障碍患者； 4. 存在自杀风险。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Intellectual disability and physical limitations (severe mobility, visual or hearing problems, history of asthma, heart disease, etc.); 2. Used Nintendo's Fitness Ring Great Adventure series sports games; 3. Patients with other types of mental disorders; 4. There is a risk of suicide.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	1、检测数据应填写在规定的原始记录表内。 2、原始记录应填写检验日期、样品编号和其他需要说明的检验情况，如使用仪器规格型号、量程、检测环境、样品状态等。 3、写原始记录应做到字迹工整，所列栏目填写齐全，检测中不检测的项目在相应的空栏目内打一条“/”线或加以说明。 4、检验数据、计算公式，经复核无误后，分析员和校核人员应签字。 5、原始数据不得随意涂改，只能“杠改”，将正确的数据写在右上角，经“杠改”的记录每张不应超过“两处”。 6、原始记录上必须有分析、校核与审核人员亲自签字，其它人不得代签。在提交检测报告的同时，应将原始记录一同上交审核，原始记录审核正确无误后，统一编号、交资料管理员集中归案保存。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	1. Test data should be filled in the prescribed original record form. 2. The original record should be filled in the date of inspection, sample number and other inspection conditions that need to be explained, such as the specifications and models of the instrument used, range, testing environment, sample status, etc. 3. Write the original record neatly, fill in all the columns listed, and mark a "/" line or explain the items that are not tested in the corresponding empty column. 4, the test data, calculation formula, after the review of the correct, analysts and checking personnel should sign. 5, the original data shall not be altered at will, only "bar change", the correct data written in the upper right corner, after "bar change" each record should not exceed "two". 6, the original records must be signed by the analysis, verification and audit personnel, other people shall not sign. At the same time of submitting the test report, the original records should be submitted for review. After the original records are verified correctly, they should be uniformly numbered and submitted to the data manager for centralized filing and preservation.
