研究目的：

1、评价中医特色肺康复技术对COPD稳定期肺肾气虚证、痰瘀阻肺患者肺功能提高和COPD急性加重次数及程度减少的临床疗效； 2、评价中医特色肺康复技术对COPD稳定期患者的呼吸困难改善、临床症状减轻和患者的生存质量改善情况。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Evaluation of TCM pulmonary rehabilitation technology on clinical efficacy of stable COPD lung and kidney qi deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis obstructing lung and improve lung function in patients with acute exacerbation of COPD and reduce the number of degrees; 2. To evaluate the improvement of dyspnea, clinical symptoms and quality of life in patients with stable COPD during the treatment of lung cancer with traditional Chinese medicine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

固本舒肺贴：药物有细辛、甘遂、生姜汁、丁香、延胡索、白芥子、生半夏等。 通络舒肺液：药物有桃仁、川芎、瓜蒌、桑白皮、地龙、虎杖等。 六味补气颗粒：药物有人参、黄芪、益智仁、玉竹、陈皮、肉桂组成。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、病情程度属于轻度、极重度COPD稳定期及急性期患者；
2、妊娠及哺乳期妇女；
3、神志不清、痴呆、各种精神病患者；
4、心功能Ⅳ级及血流动力学不稳定者；
5、合并支气管扩张、支气管哮喘、活动性肺结核、闭塞性细支气管炎、弥漫性泛细支气管炎、肺栓塞、气胸、胸腔积液患者；
6、影响呼吸运动功能的神经肌肉疾病；
7、合并肿瘤；
8、严重肝肾疾病(严重肝脏疾病是指肝硬化、门脉高压和静脉曲张的出血，严重肾脏疾病包括透析、肾移植)；
9、各种原因长期卧床者；
10、正在参加其他药物的临床试验者，已知对治疗药物过敏者；
11、入选前1个月内口服糖皮质激素；
12、先天或后天性免疫缺陷者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. the severity of the disease is mild, very severe COPD stable and acute phase patients;
2. pregnant and lactating women;
3. confusion, dementia, psychiatric patients;
4. heart function IV and hemodynamic instability;
5. Patients with bronchiectasis, bronchial asthma, active pulmonary tuberculosis, bronchiolitis obliterans, diffuse bronchiolitis, pulmonary embolism, pneumothorax, pleural effusion;
6. affect the respiratory function of neuromuscular diseases;
7. combined tumor;
8. severe liver and kidney disease (severe liver disease refers to cirrhosis, portal hypertension and varicose bleeding, severe renal disease including dialysis, kidney transplantation);
9. a variety of reasons for long-term bedridden;
10. are participating in the clinical trials of other drugs, known to treat drug allergy;
11. the first 1 months of oral corticosteroids;
12. congenital or acquired immunodeficiency.

由数据管理与统计分析单位根据临床试验方案制定随机分配方案。由计算机产生随机数字对试验用药品进行随机化分组，以保证组间的均衡性。实行分组的医生不知道随机分组方案，将受试者所接受的处理随机安排，分两组，即治疗组和对照组。研究者按照受试者入选的顺序，将随机号填写在病历记录表上，药房发放与随机号相同的试验药品。研究者只知道病例的总顺序号，不让其知道2 级盲底以完成随机方案的隐藏。
