研究目的：

前瞻性观察OLP经典药物羟氯喹或复方甘草酸苷治疗OLP伴发DM患者过程中血糖的变化

Objectives of Study：

To select OLP companying DM patients,then observe the treatment effect of OLP on blood glucose of forward-looking with OLP classic drug hydroxychloroquine and compound glycyrrhizin.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）患有其他已确定的口腔黏膜疾病者；
2）存在不稳定的、严重的、或急性进展性的肝脏或肾脏疾病，例如 ALT或 AST＞2倍正常值上限、BUN＞1.5倍正常值上限、肌酐＞1.5倍正常值上限；
3）1个月内使用过抗生素、3个月内使用过免疫制剂者；
4）严重的、未被控制的系统性疾病，如：血液系统疾病、有或曾有充血性心力衰竭病史的心室功能障碍等，或任何伴随状况研究者认为影响研究治疗和结果评估，或不能确保完成本研究；
5）妊娠期、哺乳期妇女；
6）不能遵医嘱用药或研究过程记录不完整，影响疗效判断者；
7）有眼底疾患者；
8）预计生存期﹤3个月者；
9）在访视1之前的12个月内，有酗酒、药物依赖，以及任何由研究者判断受试者不能完成整个研究或参加本研究对受试者存在明显风险；
10）体格检查或心电图检查任何有临床意义的异常结果，由研究者判断会影响受试者安全或者不能完成本临床研究；
11）对羟氯喹、复方甘草酸苷有过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with other established oral mucosal disease;
2) There is an unstable, serious, or acute progression of liver or kidney disease, such as ALT or AST > 2 times the upper limit of normal value, BUN > 1.5 times the upper limit of the normal value, creatinine > 1.5 times the upper limit of the normal value;
3) Antibiotics are used within 1 months, and those who have used the immune agent within 3 months;
4) Severe and uncontrolled systemic diseases, such as blood system disease, or had a history of congestive heart failure, ventricular dysfunction, or any situation that influence the effect of treatment and evaluation of results, or to ensure the completion of the study or not;
5) Pregnant and lactating women;
6) Can not follow the doctor's medication or research process is not complete,or affect the judge;
7) Patients with fundus disease;
8) Expected to survive for less than 3 months;
9) During the 12 months prior to the visit,patients are alcoholism or drug dependence .There is a significant risk for any subjects who are unable to complete the study or to participate in the study;
10) Clinically significant abnormal results of a physical examination or an electrocardiogram which may affect the investigator's judgment about whether the patient is safe or able to complete the clinical study;
11) Patients who are allergic to hydroxychloroquine or compound glycyrrhizin.
