研究腔内悬吊挂线术治疗高位肛瘘的成功率对肛门自控功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The study was designed to evaluate the success rates and functional outcome after the cavity suspension hanging seton method in treatment of high anal fistula

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

a、结核、克罗恩病等特异性肛瘘； b、肛瘘合并结直肠癌、溃疡性结肠炎等肛肠疾病者； d、妊娠期、哺乳期妇女； e、合并有心衰、心肌梗死、肝肾功能不全、白血病、凝血功能障碍、肿瘤患者及精神病患者； f、免疫抑制和免疫缺陷的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Tuberculous anal fistula and Crohn's fistula;
2. Patients with anorectal cancer or IBD;
3. Pregnancy or the possibility of pregnancy, or breast feeding;
4. Heart failure, serious liver/kidney damage, the central nervous system/mental illness,and so on;
5. Patients with immunosuppression.
