研究目的：

本研究通过对比距离角膜缘不同距离的透明角膜切口白内障超声乳化抽吸术后疗效，确定透明角膜切口距离角膜缘的安全距离范围，为临床手术切口的选择提供依据  

Objectives of Study：

Efficacy comparison between different distance of transparent corneal incision to corneal limbus on cataract phaco in this study, in order to ascertain the safety distance range of transparent corneal incision to corneal limbus and provide the basis for clinical selection of incision

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①患有严重全身疾患；
②既往眼部手术史或有眼部疾病史如干眼、高度近视、远视、角膜散光大于1D，糖尿病眼底病变、青光眼、角膜瘢痕、晶状体脱位、年龄相关性黄斑变性等；
③角膜存在老年环或角膜缘位置不清者;
④角膜过大或过小者;
⑤经Pentacam三维眼前节分析仪检查角膜曲率，两垂直子午线K1和K2差值>1.5 D。

Exclusion criteria：

1) with severe systemic disease;
2) the history of eye surgery or eye disease, such as dry eye, high myopia, hyperopia, corneal astigmatism is greater than 1 D, diabetic retinophy, glaucoma, corneal scarring, lens dislocation, age-related macular degeneration, etc;
3)suffer from the cornea old ring or the corneal limbus position is not clear;
4) the cornea is too big or too small;
5) the difference of K1 and K2 > 1.5 D（Pentacam Three-dimensional anterior segment analyzer is used to examine the corneal curvature）.
