To explore the application value of multimodal nutritional screening in neurological intensive care unit

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.因合并恶性肿瘤、其他系统严重病变而导致预期生存时间过短的患者；
2.患者或家属拒绝进入本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. coexisting severe systemic diseases, such as acute coronary syndrome, malignant tumors, renal failure that
required plasma dialysis therapy, cirrhosis, or rheumatic disease,which had short overall survival;
2. patients or the family refused to be rolled in the trial.
