Objectives of Study：

To analyze the effects of comprehensive intervention: music-based movement, neuromodulation, cognitive training, and emotion regulation on cognitive function in cognitively healthy older adults, as well as the transfer effects on health status, mental state, and cognitive beliefs.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患有精神障碍、神经系统疾病、或其他可能影响认知的其他系统疾病（代谢性疾病、甲亢等）；
2. 无法正常沟通交流；
3. 因听力、视力（包括色盲）、严重疾病等原因无法完成神经心理测试和干预项目；
4. 服用影响认知的相关药物，如兴奋剂、抗抑郁或抗焦虑等药物；
5. 存在酒精依赖或药物滥用；
6. 近1年有搬迁或长期外出计划。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from mental disorders, neurological diseases, or other systemic diseases that may affect cognition (metabolic diseases, hyperthyroidism, etc.);
2. Unable to communicate normally;
3. Unable to complete neuropsychological tests and intervention projects due to hearing, vision (including color blindness), serious diseases, etc.;
4. Taking related drugs that affect cognition, such as stimulants, antidepressants or anti-anxiety drugs;
5. Alcohol dependence or drug abuse;
6. Have relocation or long-term travel plans in the past year.

Six months after data collection, raw data were shared using ResMan (www.medresman.org), a public clinical trial management platform.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.为每位研究受试者设计病例记录表，数据采集完成后，需要相应的数据采集人员在各项评估表格上签字。由两名研究生分别用各自的电脑将数据完整、准确的录入数据分析软件，之后对数据库进行两遍比对，期间若发现问题及时通知监查员，要求数据采集者或录入者做出回答。数据录入过程做好分组、人员和时间记录。数据在按要求完成数据录入和核查后，按编号的顺序归档保存，并填有检索目录等，以备查考。电子数据文件包括数据库、检查程序、分析程序、分析结果、编码本和说明文件等并分类保存，3份备份保存于不同磁盘上或网盘，防止丢失或损坏。所有原始文件档案按相关规定的期限内保存。 2.使用临床试验公共管理平台 ResMan（www.medresman.org）进行电子数据采集和管理，保存和共享原始数据。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1.The case record form was designed for each study subject. After the data acquisition is completed, the corresponding data acquisition personnel need to sign the evaluation forms. The two graduate students respectively use their computers to input the data into the data analysis software entirely and accurately and then compared the database twice. During the process, they would inform the supervisors in time and ask the data collector to answer if they found any problems. The data are archived and stored in numbered order after the data input and verification are completed as required, and the retrieval catalog is filled in for reference. Electronic data files, including databases, inspection procedures, analytical procedures, analytical results, coded books, explanatory documents, etc., shall be kept separately. Three copies shall be kept on different network disks to prevent loss or damage. All original documents and archives shall be kept within the prescribed time limit. 2.ResMan (www.medresman.org), a public clinical trial management platform, was used for electronic data acquisition and management.
