研究目的：

本课题旨在利用阜外医院已普遍开展的冠状动脉造影、冠状动脉CT增强显像、超声心动图、核医学心肌灌注显像等冠心病相关的解剖学与功能学等多模态医学影像检查；结合图像配准等后处理技术综合评价目前的冠状动脉旁路移植术的治疗策略、心肌缺血的纠正效果以及与预后的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to evaluate the current treatment strategy of coronary artery bypass grafting, the correction of myocardial ischemia, and the correlation with prognosis using multimodality imaging such as coronary angiography, coronary artery CT, echocardiography, and myocardial perfusion imaging, which have been commonly performed in Fu Wai Hospital, combined with image registration and other post-processing techniques.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①合并除简单先天性心脏病、心脏瓣膜病之外的其他心脏大血管疾病。
②合并其他需要手术治疗的疾病。
③急诊冠状动脉旁路移植术或临床症状不稳定的冠心病（如30天内的心肌梗死、术前植入主动脉内气囊反搏、需要持续泵入硝酸酯类药物等）。
④术前危重状态。
⑤既往有心肺复苏史。

Exclusion criteria：

① Combination of other cardiovascular diseases other than simple congenital heart disease and heart valve disease.
② Combination of other diseases requiring surgical treatment.
③ Emergency coronary artery bypass grafting or unstable coronary artery disease (e.g., myocardial infarction within 30 days, preoperative intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation implantation, Need for continuous injections of nitrates, etc.).
④ Preoperative critical status.
⑤ Previous history of resuscitation.
