研究目的：

为典型功能障碍人群提供康复辅助服务，并评估辅助服务的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Providing rehabilitation assistive services for the typical dysfunctional population, and evaluating the effect of assistive services.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

电动起立床应用临床研究排除标准：
1)呼吸频率>=35次／min或增加>=50％。
2)SpO：<=90％或PaOz<60mmHg(FiOz>40％)。
3)心率>=145次／min或持续较使用起立床前增加>=20％。
4)收缩压>=180 mmHg或<90 mmHg。
5)伴有体位性低血压。
6)严重心律失常。
7)脑出血时出血未吸收。
8)下肢骨折未达到支持状态或下肢痉挛。
9)严重躁动，依从性差。
认知功能障碍临床研究排除标准：
1)有功能性或器质性精神障碍者；
2)存在晚期、严重或不稳定其他全身性疾病无法配合者；
3)语言沟通障碍者。
下肢助行临床研究排除标准：
1)中枢神经系统损伤导致的肌力下降（脑卒中等）。
2)恶性肿瘤。
3)术后患肢无法站立、行走。
4)其他原因（如认知障碍、表达能力障碍等）无法配合评估。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for clinical research on the application of electric standing up beds:
1) Respiratory rate>=35 times/min or increase>=50%.
2) SpO:<=90% or PaOz<60mmHg (FiOz>40%).
3) Heart rate>=145 beats/min or a sustained increase of>=20% compared to before using an upright bed.
4) Systolic blood pressure>=180 mmHg or<90 mmHg.
5) Accompanied by postural hypotension.
6) Severe arrhythmia.
7) When cerebral hemorrhage occurs, the bleeding is not absorbed.
8) Lower limb fractures that do not reach a supportive state or lower limb spasms.
9) Severe restlessness and poor compliance.
Exclusion criteria for clinical research on cognitive impairment:
1) Individuals with functional or organic mental disorders;
2) Those with advanced, severe, or unstable systemic diseases who cannot cooperate;
3) Individuals with language communication barriers.
Exclusion criteria for clinical studies on lower limb mobility assistance:
1) The decrease in muscle strength caused by central nervous system injury (moderate in stroke).
2) Malignant tumors.
3) The affected limb is unable to stand or walk after surgery.
4) Other reasons (such as cognitive impairment, expression impairment, etc.) cannot cooperate with the evaluation.

采用区组随机化方法进行1比1随机，设计区组长度为6。随机化按中心进行分层，使各中心试验组和对照组入组的受试者数量基本一致。即采用SPSS软件产生区组随机数字制定随机分配表，根据随机分配表对辅具进行分装编盲。
