研究目的：

总体目标是检验正念减压干预对护士人群的效果。 具体目标是为： 1. 在主要结果变量（包括感知压力和自我效能）方面检验正念干预与心理教育计划的效果； 2. 在次要结果变量（包括抑郁、焦虑、情感和职业认同）方面检验正念干预与心理教育计划相比的效果； 3. 在过程结果变量（包括正念、自我关怀和平等心）方面检验正念干预与心理教育计划相比的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

The overall aim is to investigate the effect of mindfulness on nurses. The objectives are: 1. To examine the effect of mindfulness intervention compared to psycho-education program in terms of primary outcome variables, including perceived stress and self-efficacy; 2. To examine the effect of mindfulness intervention compared to psycho-education program in terms of secondary outcome variables, including depression, anxiety, affect, and professional identity ; 3. To examine the effect of mindfulness intervention compared to psycho-education program in terms of process outcome variables, including mindfulness, self-compassion, and non-attachment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 目前正在进行任何心理治疗/冥想练习；
2. 被诊断患有需要优先关注的当前精神和精神障碍（例如，分裂情感障碍、双相情感障碍或当前精神病；器质性精神障碍或普遍性发育迟缓；当前饮食失调；当前药物滥用或依赖；创伤后应激障碍；迫在眉睫自杀或他杀的风险）；
3. 有癫痫和癫痫发作等神经系统问题的病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Currently undergoing any psychotherapy/meditation practice;
2. Diagnosed with a current mental and psychiatric disorder requiring priority attention (eg, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, or current psychosis; organic mental disorder or pervasive developmental delay; current eating disorder; current substance abuse or dependence; post-traumatic stress disorder; imminent risk of suicide or homicide);
3. A history of neurological problems such as epilepsy and seizures.
