研究目的：

寻找肥胖儿童血浆代谢组学与肠道菌群的差异代谢物，并明确肠道菌群对差异代谢物的影响，为防治儿童肥胖及其并发症提供新的理论依据及治疗靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

To find the differential metabolites between plasma metabolomics and intestinal flora in obese children and identify the effect of intestinal flora on the differential metabolites, so as to provide a new theoretical basis and therapeutic target for the prevention and treatment of childhood obesity and its complications.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.由其他疾病或药物诱导引起的继发性肥胖； 2.患有心脏肺脏肝脏肾脏内分泌或其他系统性疾病； 3.有药物或心理治疗史； 4.近三个月出现不明原因体重下降。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary obesity caused by induction of other diseases or drugs; 2. Suffering from heart, lung, liver, kidney endocrine or other systemic diseases; 3. Has a history of medication or psychological treatment; 4. Unexplained weight loss occurs in the past three months.
