药物成份或治疗方案详述：

通过临床应用观察岩藻黄素对老年患者术后认知功能的影响及其对围术期老年患者RAR通路的影响

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

To observe the effect of fucoxanthin on postoperative cognitive function in elderly patients undergoing hip surgery and the effect of fucoxanthin on perioperative RAR pathway in elderly patients

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 常年酒精嗜好、长期服用影响精神状态药物； 2. 合并有严重肝功能障碍、肾功能异常； 3. 合并精神、心理疾患导致认知功能受损； 4. 语言、视觉、听觉障碍导致不能配合正常检查； 5. 文化程度过低，不具备基本认知能力等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Perennial alcohol addiction, long-term use of drugs affecting mental state; 2. Complicated with severe liver dysfunction and renal dysfunction; 3. Cognitive impairment caused by mental and psychological disorders; 4. language, vision, hearing impairment leads to failure to cooperate with normal examination; 5. Low education level, lack of basic cognitive ability, etc.
