数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.肺炎链球菌培养鉴定并进行体外药物敏感试验； 2.耐青霉素肺炎链球菌（PRSP）的耐药机制进行基本分析； 3.对不同感染个体间的耐青霉素肺炎链球菌进行同源性分析。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1. Culture and identifiation of Streptococcus pmeumoniae and drug sensitivity test in vitro; 2. Basic analysis of the resistance mechanism of penicillin resistant Streptococcus pmeumoniae; 3. Homology analysis of penicillin resistant Streptococcus pmeumoniae among different infected individuals.
