研究目的：

（1）与脓毒症患者、无菌性炎症患者和健康志愿者对比，确定热射病免疫细胞功能紊乱的特点； （2）确定诊断热射病和预测热射病预后的生物标志物  

Objectives of Study：

The aims of this study are to (1) explore the immune profiles of heatstroke and then distinguish it from aseptic inflammation and sepsis; (2) identify the specific immune cells biomarker(s) to diagnosis heatstroke and predict the prognosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）妊娠期妇女。
（2）合并免疫系统或血液系统疾病。
（3）合并肿瘤疾病，正在接受放疗、化疗，或者其他治疗。
（4）器官移植史或骨髓移植史
（5）纳入前6个月内接受过免疫治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pregnant woman;
(2) Combined with immune system diseases, hematological diseases
(3) Combined with malignant tumor,and receiving radiation, chemotherapy, or other treatments
(3) History of organ transplantation OR bone marrow transplantation
(4) Received immunotherapy within 6 months prior to enrollment
