Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the prevention of bile reflux and safety of laparoscopic Uncut Roux-en-Y(URY) reconstruction of digestive tract compared with laparoscopic Billroth II plus Braun

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.腹腔镜手术中转开腹受试者；
2.肿瘤侵及周围脏器；或者因肿瘤出血、梗阻等需要行急诊手术者；
3.近30天内行腹部手术者(包括ESD、EMR等)，或既往有胃切除、胃肠吻合术者；
4.NRS 2002营养评分大于5分，或者白蛋白小于30以下的患者；
5.术前合并其他器官等严重内科疾病;
6.参加其他的临床试验；
7.术前经过新辅助放化疗的患者；
8.研究者认为不适合入选的其他情况者，如严重的精神疾病、无法完整表达语言等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Conversion to laparotomy during laparoscopic surgery;
2. Tumor invading peripheral organs or patients with obstruction such as bleeding need emergency operation;
3. Had abdominal surgery within 30 days(e.g. ESD,EMR),or had a history of gastric resection;
4. NRS2002 score＞5, or albumin ＜30;
5. Preoperative combined with other serious medical diseases;
6. Participating in other clinical trials;
7. Preoperative neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy;
8. Other situations that the researchers considered unsuitable for the trial,such as mental illness or unable to fully express language.
