研究目的：

1.益生菌产品对情绪障碍患者临床症状的影响； 2.益生菌产品对情绪障碍患者肠道菌群的影响； 3.益生菌产品对情绪障碍患者血清学指标的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The effect of probiotic products on clinical symptoms in patients with mood disorder; 2. The effect of probiotic products on intestinal flora in patients with mood disorder; 3. The effect of probiotic products on serological indices in patients with mood disorder.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.难治性抑郁症；
2.符合DSM-IV轴I其他精神疾病诊断；
3.自杀、自伤行为；
4.精神分裂症、双相障碍、神经退行性疾病患者；
5.严重的躯体疾病，如HIV、癲痫病史，心脏病史，甲亢以及其他严重躯体疾病等；
6.怀孕或晡乳期妇女；
7.备孕（育）期间的男性或女性；
8.近一个月使用过抗生素、益生菌及其制品；
9.不愿接受临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Refractory depression;
2. Conform to DSM-IV Axis I diagnosis of other mental diseases;
3. Suicide and self injury;
4. Patients with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and neurodegenerative diseases;
5. Serious physical diseases, such as HIV, history of epilepsy, history of heart, hyperthyroidism and other serious physical diseases;
6. Pregnant or breast-feeding women;
7. Male or female during pregnancy (childbirth);
8. Have used antibiotics, probiotics and their products in the past month;
9. Unwilling to accept clinical trials.
