1. 通过多维度症状评估,建立ASD精神网络; 2. 通过神经影像学,明确ASD人群的功能及结构变化; 3. 通过眼动追踪,明确ASD人群的视觉搜索及色彩敏感度; 4. 通过口腔-肠道微生物菌群测序,明确ASD人群的优势菌群分布; 5. 明确ASD人群的血液炎症因子水平; 6. 结合多组学数据与RDoC-HiTOP标准对ASD进行分类,并预测亚型的生物标记物。 |

Objectives of Study: |
1. Establishing a mental network for ASD through multidimensional symptom assessment; 2. Define functional and structural changes in people with ASD through neuroimaging; 3. Visual search and colour sensitivity in people with ASD through eye tracking; 4. Oral-intestinal microflora sequencing to identify the dominant flora in the ASD population; 5. Identification of blood inflammatory factor levels in the ASD population; 6. Combine multi-omics data with RDoC-HiTOP criteria to classify ASD and predict biomarkers of subtypes. |

排除标准: |
1. 具有严重的神经系统疾病; 2. 具有明确的严重的躯体疾病; 3. 近2周内有明确的上呼吸道感染、泌尿系感染、胃肠道感染等炎性疾病; 4. 近2周内服用抗生素; 5. 近2周类服用益生菌类药品或饮品。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1. Has a severe neurological condition; 2. Have a definite serious physical illness; 3. Have a definite inflammatory disease such as upper respiratory tract infection, urinary tract infection or gastrointestinal infection within the last 2 weeks; 4. Taking antibiotics in the last 2 weeks; 5. Probiotic drugs or drinks in the last 2 weeks. |
