研究目的：

采用接纳承诺疗法之线形心理治疗模型和环形心理治疗模型和正念，各制定出一套线上干预程序，以对比检验其对于降低强迫症状、反刍思维和提高睡眠质量的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim isto investigate the influence of online self-help iACT linear psychotherapy model intervention and iACT loop psychotherapy model intervention on sleep quality, obsessive-compulsive symptoms rumination and psychological flexibility in nurses, compared to a control condition.

确诊躯体疾病患者 已排除高风险人群与干扰因素

Exclusion criteria：

Patients diagnosed with physical diseases High-risk groups and interference factors have been excluded.
