研究目的：

比较富马酸伏诺拉生与传统质子泵抑制剂治疗消化性溃疡的有效性和安全性，为临床用药提供参考及依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the efficacy and safety of Vonoprazan Fumarate with traditional proton pump inhibitors in the treatment of peptic ulcers, and provide reference and basis for clinical medication.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

药物主要成分：富马酸伏诺拉生。 治疗方案详述： HP感染者 （1）富马酸伏诺拉生组：含富马酸伏诺拉三联抗HP 2周，富马酸伏诺拉生 20mg qd +替普瑞酮 50mg tid 4周 （2）艾司奥美拉唑组：艾司奥美拉唑四联抗HP 2周，艾司奥美拉唑 20mg qd +替普瑞酮 50mg tid 4周 无HP感染者 （1）富马酸伏诺拉生组：富马酸伏诺拉生 20mg qd +替普瑞酮 50mg tid 6周 （2）艾司奥美拉唑组：艾司奥美拉唑 20mg qd +替普瑞酮 50mg tid 6周 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The main ingredient of the drug is Vonoprazan Fumarate. Detailed description of the treatment plan: HP-infected individuals (1) Vonoprazan Fumarate group: include Vonoprazan Fumarate triple anti-HP for 2 weeks, Vonoprazan Fumarate 20mg qd + Teprenone 50mg tid for 4 weeks. (2) Esomeprazole group: Esomeprazole quadruple therapy for anti-HP for 2 weeks, Esomeprazole 20mg qd + Teprenone 50mg tid for 4 weeks. For patients without HP infection (1) Vonoprazan Fumarate group: Vonoprazan Fumarate 20mg qd + Teprenone 50mg tid for 6 weeks (2) Esomeprazole group: Esomeprazole 20mg qd + Teprenone 50mg tid for 6 weeks  

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.对本研究药物有过敏反应； 2.合并有严重心肺疾病、血液系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、免疫功能低下、出血性疾病、肝肾功能不全者； 3.哺乳期或妊娠妇女； 4.严重神经疾病、精神障碍无法依从服药者； 5.消化道肿瘤或未排除有恶性病变的溃疡，特殊溃疡（幽门管溃疡、巨大溃疡（溃疡直径大于2cm）、Dieulafoy溃疡、难治性溃疡）；6.存在穿孔、幽门梗阻等严重溃疡并发症； 7.存在活动性出血或出血性休克； 8.纳入研究前1周内曾使用过PPI、H2受体阻断剂、P-CAB药物、铋剂、粘膜保护剂、抗生素。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have an allergic reaction to the drug in this study; 2. Those with severe heart and lung diseases, blood system diseases, malignant tumors, weakened immune function, hemorrhagic diseases, or liver and kidney insufficiency; 3. Lactating or pregnant women; 4. Those with severe neurological diseases or mental disorders who are unable to take medication as prescribed; 5. Digestive tract tumors or ulcers with malignant lesions not ruled out, special ulcers (pyloric canal ulcers, giant ulcers (ulcer diameter greater than 2cm), Dieulafoy ulcers, refractory ulcers); 6. There are severe ulcer complications such as perforation and pyloric obstruction; 7. There is active bleeding or hemorrhagic shock; 8. Within one week prior to inclusion in the study, the patient had used PPI, H2 receptor blockers, P-CAB drugs, bismuth agents, mucosal protectants, or antibiotics.
