研究目的：

构建基于前期肺癌患者围手术期症状群的动态评估、文献回顾关联的炎症因子、动态症状模型及个人和家庭自我管理理论模型的干预模式及临床实施，明确该模式对降低肺癌患者围手术期症状群严重程度、减轻炎症反应、改善机体功能状态及生活质量的作用效果；为临床肺癌患者的心理社会康复提供理论依据和实践方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To develop and clinically implement an intervention model based on dynamic assessment of perioperative symptom clusters of lung cancer patients, literature review of associated inflammatory factors, dynamic symptom model and theoretical models of individual and family self-management, and to clarify the effects of this model on reducing the severity of perioperative symptom clusters, reducing the inflammatory response, and improving the functional status and quality of life of lung cancer patients; to provide a theoretical basis for the psychosocial rehabilitation of clinical lung cancer patients. The study provides a theoretical basis and practical solutions for the psychosocial rehabilitation of lung cancer patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

既往或目前有精神疾病和意识障碍；合并其他恶性肿瘤或其他严重威胁生命疾病者；KPS评分≤60分；术前接受新辅助放化疗或免疫治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

Those with pre-existing or current mental illness and impaired consciousness; those with comorbid other malignancies or other serious life-threatening diseases; KPS scores ≤ 60; and those receiving preoperative neoadjuvant radiotherapy or immunotherapy.
