研究目的：

1、通过宏基因检测技术对卒中后非抑郁患者、卒中后抑郁患者的肠道菌群的多样性及各分类学水平分布变化情况进行分析，对比两者异同，明确卒中后非抑郁与卒中后抑郁患者肠道菌群谱是否存在差异。 2、通过对自拟解郁方治疗肝气郁结型卒中后抑郁患者的疗效观察及对肠道菌群数量影响，探索自拟解郁方治疗肝气郁结型卒中后抑郁患者的临床疗效。 3、探讨肝气郁结型卒中后抑郁与肠道菌群的关联性，挖掘自拟解郁方对肠道菌群的影响，给开辟包括PSD在内的大脑疾病治疗方法提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Macro factor detection technology was used to analyze the diversity of intestinal flora in post-stroke non-depressed patients and post-stroke depressed patients and the changes in the distribution of various taxonomic levels, compare the similarities and differences between the two, and determine whether there are differences in the intestinal flora spectrum between post-stroke non-depressed patients and post-stroke depressed patients. 2. Through the observation of the efficacy of self-prepared Jieyu formula in the treatment of patients with post-stroke depression caused by liver qi depression and its influence on the number of intestinal flora, the clinical efficacy of self-prepared Jieyu formula in the treatment of patients with post-stroke depression caused by liver qi depression was explored. 3. To explore the correlation between liver-qi depression post-stroke depression and intestinal flora, explore the influence of self-designed Jieyu prescription on intestinal flora, and provide new ideas for the development of brain disease treatment including PSD.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 严重失语或认知障碍患者； 2. 既往有精神疾病或企图自杀者； 3. 不愿服中药者； 4. 患有可能影响肠道菌群的消化道疾病者； 5. 近2月有服用抗生素患者； 6. 同时接受其他临床试验患者； 7. 汉密尔顿抑郁量表（17项）评分≥25分: 可能有重度抑郁症患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe aphasia or cognitive impairment; 2. Previous mental illness or attempted suicide; 3. Those who do not want to take Chinese medicine; 4. Patients with digestive tract diseases that may affect the intestinal flora; 5. Patients who have taken antibiotics in the past 2 months; 6. Accept other clinical trial patients at the same time; 7. Hamilton Depression Scale (17 items) score >=25 points: there may be patients with major depression.
