研究目的：

1.主要目的：构建预测模型，根据患者口腔唾液及胃粘膜微生态谱相关信息预测其发生食管癌的几率。 2.次要目的：筛查食管癌患者口腔及胃微生态谱中的高危因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: To construct a prediction model and predict the incidence of esophageal cancer according to the relevant information of oral saliva and gastric mucosa microecological spectrum. 2. Secondary objective: To screen the high risk factors of oral and gastric microecological spectrum in patients with esophageal cancer.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.初诊资料不全；
2.拒绝参加研究；
3.不能配合一年后行内镜随访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Incomplete data of initial diagnosis;
2. Refusing to participate in the study;
3. Failure to cooperate with endoscopic follow-up one year later.
