研究目的：

采用国际通用的量表方舱医院隔离者的焦虑抑郁情绪及睡眠情况，描述其患病水平及流行特征，探究相关的影响因素。针对筛选出来的存在焦虑/抑郁者和睡眠障碍者，采用随机对照试验研究设计，运用目前推荐的正念减压疗法和王不留行耳穴贴片疗法予以治疗，评价上述疗法的有效性。研究结果将为方舱医院隔离人群的心理健康和睡眠健康针对性防治提供基础数据和科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The internationally accepted scale was used to measure the anxiety, depression and sleep of the quarantined people in the temporary hospital, describe their prevalence level and epidemic characteristics, and explore the relevant influencing factors. For those with anxiety/depression and sleep disorders screened out, randomized controlled trials were designed to evaluate the effectiveness of the above therapies using the currently recommended mindfulness-based stress reduction therapy and Semen Vaccariae ear acupuncture patch therapy. The research results will provide basic data and scientific basis for the targeted prevention and treatment of mental health and sleep health of the quarantined population in temporary hospital.

排除标准：

1.家属或本人拒绝接受调查者；
2.身体情况不允许接受问卷调查或后续干预治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients whose family members or themselves refuse to accept questionnaires;
2. Patients whose physical conditions do not allow for questionnaires or follow-up interventions.
