研究目的：

检验强迫障碍短程强化认知行为治疗的短期和长期疗效，探讨短程强化CBT对OCD患者大脑功能的即时和长期调节作用。

Objectives of Study：

To test the short-term and long-term efficacy of concentrated intensive cognitive behavioral therapy for patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder, and to explore the immediate and long-term regulatory effects of concentrated intensive CBT on brain function in patients with OCD.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 具有脑器质性疾病和重大躯体疾病史；
2. 符合精神分裂症、双相障碍、抑郁障碍、抽动障碍、人格障碍等其它精神障碍诊断；
3. 具有药物依赖及精神活性物质使用证据；
4. 既往接受过系统的CBT的患者；
5. 体内有金属植入物及金属义齿者，处于孕期、哺乳期，有幽闭恐惧症等不能行MRI扫描者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients have a neurological illness or major physical diseases;
2. Fulfilled the criteria for schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depressive disorder, Tourette syndrome, personality disorder and other mental disorders;
3. Patients who are drug abuse and psychoactive substances;
4. Patients who have received systematic CBT in the past;
5. Patients who are not MRI compatible.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	选择纸质/电子记录表格，电子化数据采集系统，数据的输入采用双人录入的形式，被分别保存在不同的磁盘或介质上.使用 SPSS 21.0 计分析软件进行统计分析。电子数据文件包括数据库、检查程序、分析程序、分析结果、编码本和说明文件等，采取分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，保存妥善。所有原始档案按照规定在期限内保存。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	Select paper / electronic record form and electronic data acquisition system. The data is input by two researchers and stored on different disks or media. SPSS 21.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Electronic data files, including databases, inspection programs, analysis programs, analysis results, codebooks and description files, shall be classified and stored, and multiple backups shall be stored on different disks or recording media for proper storage. All original files shall be kept within the specified period.
