研究目的：

发现我国颅内动脉瘤患者的流行病学特点，对比分析国内不同患者群体的临床结局，寻找针对相对应群体最佳治疗方案。为颅内动脉瘤规范化治疗提供询证医学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

To discover the epidemiological characteristics of intracranial aneurysm patients in China, compare and analyze the clinical outcomes of different patient groups in China, and find the best treatment plan for the corresponding group. To provide evidence-based medical evidence for standardized treatment of intracranial aneurysms.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 合并马方综合症、Ehlers-Danlos综合症；
2. 假性动脉瘤；
3. 继发性动脉瘤（外伤性动脉瘤、感染性动脉瘤、动脉粥样硬化性动脉瘤等）；
4. 患者参与其他干预性临床研究项目。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Marfan syndrome and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome;
2. Pseudoaneurysm;
3. Secondary aneurysms (traumatic aneurysms, infectious aneurysms, atherosclerotic aneurysms, etc.);
4. Patients participate in other interventional clinical research projects.
