研究目的：

本研究拟比较瑞马唑仑和丙泊酚对行支气管镜诊疗患者肺通气的影响，探讨两组镇静方案的安全性和有效性，以期获得一个更优的支气管镜镇静方案。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to compare the effects of remazolam and propofol on pulmonary ventilation in patients undergoing bronchoscopic treatment, and to explore the safety and effectiveness of the two groups of sedation schemes, in order to obtain a better bronchoscopic sedation scheme.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 有严重的心、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器的疾病； 2. 曾诊断为阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合症； 3. 严重的上气道梗阻； 4. 活动性大咯血； 5. 心动过缓（HR<60次/min)； 6. 对研究药物过敏； 7. 无法沟通配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Serious diseases of heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organs; 2. Had been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea; 3. Severe upper airway obstruction; 4. Active massive hemoptysis; 5. Bradycardia (HR<60 beats /min); 6. Allergic to study drugs; 7. People who can't communicate and cooperate.
