探索钙卫蛋白及白介素-22在创伤患者中的预后价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the prognostic value of calprotectin and interleukin-22 in trauma patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.排除可能影响钙卫蛋白升高的因素如自身免疫性疾病； 2.炎症性肠病； 3.肝硬化； 4.肿瘤； 5.消化道出血； 6.急性感染包括呼吸道感染/消化道感染等； 7.急性冠脉综合征； 8.心力衰竭； 9.孕妇、哺乳妇女； 10.日常服用抗血小板和抗凝药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Exclusion of factors that may affect calprotectin elevation such as autoimmune diseases; 2. Inflammatory bowel disease; 3. Liver cirrhosis; 4. Tumors; 5. Gastrointestinal bleeding; 6. Acute infections including respiratory tract infections,Gastrointestinal infections, etc.; 7. Acute coronary syndrome; 8. Heart failure; 9. Pregnant women, lactating women; 10. Daily antiplatelet and anticoagulant medications.
