研究目的：

1.研究不同状态老年人的运动功能能力和身体状况的特征性，重点关注不同身体状况的老年人肌肠轴代谢通路，提出老年慢病和老年综合征运动及营养干预的调、控理论及方案； 2.阐述运动及营养交互作用协同促进老年人健康的理论依据，建立适宜不同健康状况的中国老人的活力评价体系，完善大数据支持下的运动功能能力测试系统，研发适合于老年慢病及老年综合征防控的安全、有效的运动及营养干预技术包。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Study the motor function ability and characteristics of the body condition of the elderly in different states, focus on the myoenteric axis metabolic pathway of the elderly in different body conditions, and propose the regulation and control theory and plan of exercise and nutrition intervention for the elderly with chronic disease and syndrome; 2. The theoretical basis of the interaction between exercise and nutrition to promote the health of the elderly is elaborated, the vitality evaluation system suitable for Chinese elderly with different health conditions is established, the exercise function ability test system supported by big data is improved, and the safe and effective exercise and nutrition intervention technology kit suitable for the prevention and control of chronic diseases and senile syndrome is developed.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

患有慢性疾病(肝脏、肾脏、5年未复发的癌症、心血管疾病、晚期关节疾病)或其他无法参加运动计划的疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Have a chronic disease (liver, kidney, cancer that has not recurred in 5 years, cardiovascular disease, advanced joint disease) or any other condition that prevents you from participating in an exercise program.
