研究目的：

利用miRNA微阵列芯片检测急性期脑梗死患者血浆中miRNA的表达谱，探讨miRNA分子在脑梗死患者急性期血液中的表达情况，通过和健康人对比，筛选急性脑梗死中差异表达的miRNA。

Objectives of Study：

To detect the expression profile of miRNA in blood of patients with acute cerebral infarction by using miRNA microarray chip. To screen the differentially expressed miRNA which can be further studied on the role of miRNA in cerebral infarction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重肝肾疾病，2.恶性肿瘤，3.短暂性脑缺血发作，4.颅内出血，5.既往有脑梗死病史，6. NIHSS评分小于5分。

Exclusion criteria：

1．severe liver and kidney disease;
2. malignant tumors;
3. transient ischemic attack;
4. intracranial hemorrhage;
5. history of cerebral infarction;
6. NIHSS score<5 points.
