研究目的：

研究肺癌患者围术期最大呼气流量(PEF)和肺部并发症（PPCs）的相关性，评价围术期较低的PEF是否是PPCs的危险因素  

Objectives of Study：

To study the correlation between peak expiratory flow (PEF) and pulmonary complications (PPCs) in patients with lung cancer during perioperative period , and to evaluate whether PEF is a risk factor for PPCs.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术后住ICU；2.术后因各种因素无法配合完成实验者；3.不同意参与实验者；4.具有不良事件高危因素者，包括：心衰，1年内发生过脑血管意外，不稳定心绞痛，动脉瘤，3个月内发生过中量以上咳血，心率失常；5.肺部有明显肺大疱者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Postoperative ICU;
2. Can not complete the clinical trial after surgery;
3. Do not agree to participate in the clinical trial;
4. High risk factors for adverse events, including heart failure,cerebral vascular accident occurred within 1 years, unstable angina, aneurism, occurred within 3 months in the amount of hemoptysis and arhythmia;
5. Lungs have obvious bullae.
