研究目的：

1、构建5个食管癌专病队列，包括规范化诊疗临床队列、早期癌及其癌前病变微创治疗队列、遗传家系队列、高发现场人群前瞻性队列和城市社区人群前瞻性队列。2、建立食管癌及其癌前病变全疾病谱生物样品库，构建与之匹配的包括流行病学、临床诊治以及结局随访等综合信息的大数据库体系。3、为食管癌的精准研究搭建资源和数据共享平台。

Objectives of Study：

1. To establish five esophageal cancer cohorts, including standardized diagnosis and treatment of clinical cohort, minimally invasive treatment of early stage and precancerous lesion cohort, genetic lineage cohort, prospective cohort based on rural high risk area population and urban community; 2. To build up the whole spectrum biobank of esophageal cancer and precancerous lesions, and the matched database system containing information on epidemiology, clinical diagnosis and treatment and outcomes follow-up; 3. To build resources and data sharing platform for the precise study of esophageal cancer.

1、其他癌症的患者；2、其他严重疾病者；3、不愿签署知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subjects diagnosed with other cancer;
2. Individuals with history of other severe diseases;
3. Individuals who are unwilling to sign the consent form.
