研究目的：

基于前瞻性妊娠队列，对所有单胎孕妇进行孕期规范化的宫颈超声测量，评估经阴道宫颈不同超声测量指标对早产的预测效能。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the prospective pregnancy cohort, all single-child pregnant women were standardized cervical ultrasound measurements during pregnancy to assess the predictive efficacy of different transvaginal cervical ultrasound measurement indicators on preterm birth.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 多胎妊娠； 2. 孕11-13周时没有胎心搏动（稽留流产）； 3. 不能够签署同意书，认知或智力障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Multiple pregnancies; 2. No fetal heartbeat at 11-13 weeks of pregnancy (miscarriage); 3. Inable to sign consent form.
