研究目的：

本前瞻性研究的目的是评估PRF和异源骨替代物单独或联合使用时，残余骨高度≤5 mm时，在经冠入路液压上颌窦底提升术后窦腔内的机械稳定性和骨再生的行为  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of the prospective study was to evaluate the behaviour of PRF and heterologous bone substitutes, alone or in combination, in terms of mechanical stability and bone regeneration in the sinus cavity after the hydraulic maxillary sinus floor augmentation procedure via the crestal approach when the residual bone height <=5 mm.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 未经治疗或未治愈的牙周病或其他口腔疾病；
2) 严重心血管疾病患者；
3) 控制不良的糖尿病；
4) 高血压等其他全身系统性疾病未控制者；
5) 重度吸烟患者；
6) 磨牙症；
7) 妊娠期或哺乳期。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Untreated or untreated periodontal disease or other oral diseases; 2. Patients with severe cardiovascular disease; 3. Poorly controlled diabetes mellitus; 4. Uncontrolled hypertension and other systemic diseases; 5. Patients with heavy smoking; 6. Bruxism; 7. Pregnancy or lactation.
