研究目的：

探索加速iTBS（aiTBS）治疗重性抑郁障碍和双相情感障碍抑郁发作患者自杀意念的疗效及安全性和神经生物学机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the efficacy, safety and neurobiological mechanism of accelerated iTBS (aiTBS) in the treatment of suicidal ideation in patients with major depressive disorder and bipolar depressive episode.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.共病轴I其他精神障碍； 2.既往有精神活性药物滥用、酒精滥用或依赖史患者； 3.合并严重躯体疾病及脑器质性疾病者； 4.起病后接受过电休克治疗或经颅磁刺激治疗； 5.妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 6.不能配合或者有磁共振检查禁忌者（如身体有重金属植入或佩戴假牙或带牙齿矫形器）； 7.无法遵循研究方案。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other mental disorders along the comorbidity axis I; 2. Patients with a history of psychoactive substance abuse, alcohol abuse or dependence; 3. Patients with severe physical diseases and organic brain diseases; 4. Received electroconvulsive therapy or transcranial magnetic stimulation after onset of the disease; 5. Pregnant or lactating patients; 6. Those who cannot cooperate or have magnetic resonance examination taboo (such as heavy metal implants or wearing dentures or orthotics with teeth); 7. Failure to follow the research protocol.
