研究目的：

对符合入组条件的患者实施改良单孔腹腔镜结直肠手术，对手术数据及围手术期数据、预后随访数据进行统计，找到单孔腹腔镜结直肠手术与传统腹腔镜手术的优劣点，为单孔腹腔镜替代传统5孔腹腔镜提供数据支持，并在劣势项目上提供数据为今后的改进提供方向性指导。  

Objectives of Study：

he improved single hole laparoscopic colorectal surgery was performed on patients who met the enrollment conditions. The operation data, perioperative data and prognosis follow-up data were counted to find the advantages and disadvantages of single hole laparoscopic colorectal surgery and traditional laparoscopic surgery, so as to provide data support for single hole laparoscopy to replace traditional 5-hole laparoscopy

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 肿瘤直径≥5 cm；
2. 恶性肿瘤伴有远处转移；
3. 身体不能耐受腹腔镜手术；
4. 肿瘤位置过低（一般来说腹膜返折以下）；
5. BMI≥ 30 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria：

1. Maximum tumor diameter>= 5 cm;
2. Malignant tumor with distant metastasis;
3. Cannot tolerate laparoscopic surgery;
4. Tumor location too low;
5. BMI>= 30 kg/m2.
