研究目的：

本研究拟通过一项随机对照试验，在HIV阳性MSM中探索更有效的HIV自检试剂的二次传递模式，为我国运用二次传递的模式推广HIV自检试剂的使用提供有力的参考。本研究主要解决以下两个关键科学问题：1. 在HIV阳性MSM中是否能更有效地促进自检试剂的二次传递；2. 经济激励是否能更有效地促进HIV阳性MSM自检试剂的二次传递。  

Objectives of Study：

This study plans to explore the more effective secondary transmission mode of HIV self-test reagent in HIV positive MSM through a randomized controlled test, which will provide strong reference for our country to use secondary transmission mode to promote the use of HIV self-test reagent. This study addresses two key scientific questions: 1. Whether secondary delivery of self-test reagents can be promoted more effectively in HIV-positive MSM; 2. Whether economic incentives can more effectively promote the secondary delivery of HIV positive MSM self-test reagents.
